This collar is made in two sections, embellished with 8mm rounds and lentil or other flat beads.

Materials:

Size 8 seed beads in two colors A & B
Size 6 seed beads color C
8mm rounds
Flat lentils or other flat beads
2 buttons
Thread of choice
Beading Needle, size 10 or 12
