Issue 8 (Nov/Dec 2006) Holiday Issue

Welcome friends to issue #8.
We are making travel plans to visit Scott’s family over the Thanksgiving holidays. He was laughing at me because I was making notes of which beads I plan to take rather than which clothes or other necessities.

Huh? What are you talking about?" I asked him. "Beads are a necessity. I want to make good use of all the time I will spend sitting in the car; chatting, navigating, refereeing, navigating, sightseeing, navigating, snacking, and.......... beading!"

He, wise man that he is, simply smiled. I reminded him of all the gifts we will need for Christmas giving. Presents for family, for friends, my hair stylist, Danny’s teachers & sports coaches. Lots of gift ideas in this issue so gather up your Delicas, cubes, seed beads and triangles and get ready for some beading fun. Hmmm..... I bet I could fit my triangle collection in the outer pockets of Scott’s shaving kit, do you think he will mind?
